Since the start of the stepwise shutdown of the Tyra production, GSD has reassessed the marketable storage capacity on regular basis as informed in February 2018 >> link

Until now, it has resulted in 3 extra auctions of capacity:

• 14 June 2019: 108 GWh
• 10 July 2019: 113 GWh
• 11 April 2019: 494 GWh

Again, after the newest reassesment, GSD is pleased to inform that additionaly 245 GWh can by offered for immediate utilization.

The extra capacity is due to three favorable condutions in the caverns at Lille Torup (1) the gas in the caverns is colder than expected (2) the calorific value of the gas is higher than expected and (3) the maintenance project in Lille Torup is following the time schedule.

The 245 GWh ROY-capacity will be auctioned on 9 August 2019 at 11:00 Danish time.

Successful bidders will have the capacity on their disposal immediately after the auction with effect start from 10 August 2019 at 06:00. All terms and conditions including product description and reservation price are described in the following Auction Rules:
