GSD's new customer web portal _ 28-09-2021

LAUNCH OF A TEMPORARY CUSTOMER WEB PORTAL AND AMENDMENT TO RGS VER. 15

GO-LIVE: 28th SEPTEMBER 2021 at 06.00 a.m. Danish time

Our current customer web portal ONLINE will close on Tuesday, September 28th at 06.00 a.m. Danish time. Concurrently with the closure, GSD will launch a temporary CUSTOMER PORTAL. The replacement will happen without fallback procedure.

All current users in ONLINE will be moved to the temporary CUSTOMER PORTAL, which will be in use until October 2022, where a new state-of-the-art storage system and customer portal will take over.

There will be limited self-service functionalities in the temporary CUSTOMER PORTAL compared to ONLINE. For instance, secondary trading of gas and capacity in form of transfers in storage, will be supported manually by GSD. Therefore, we have also published an amendment document to the current version of the Rules for Gas Storage (RGS, current version 15).

GSD will forward a direct mail to all ONLINE-users with information on how to move to the temporary CUSTOMER PORTAL and how to use it immediately before the go-live date.
