GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GAS STORAGE (GTCGS) VERSION 17.0 IN FORCE FROM 1 JANUARY 2023

The market consultation of GTCGS ver. 17.0 closed on 20 December 2022 at 16.00

We are pleased to announce the new version of GTCGS.

Version 17.0 of GTCGS will govern GSD's terms and conditions in the remaining of SY2022 and SY2023 starting from 1 January 2023.

As previously announced, version 17.0 was subject to market consultation during the period from 2 December 2022 to 20 December 2022.

The main changes in GTCGS, version 17.0 compared to version 16.0 are reflecting the replacement of the existing Gas Storage Management System with new modern one per 1st October 2022 and the introduction of new Customer Portal. With version 17.0, storage customers are granted extra rights, such as the option to choose invoicing in EUR, sub-accounting and click& book purchasing of storage capacity on short term.

In addition, Version 17 introduces one additional obligation to Storage Customers to administrate own users on the Customer Portal.

There are no substantial changes to the appendices to version 17.0 compared to version 16.0.
