INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE AT SUPPLIER
USE THE CUSTOMER PORTAL IN CASE OF RENOMINATION TOMORROW
Due to urgent maintenance at our supplier's infrastructure, there will be a downtime in the processing of NOMINT and NOMRES messaging from 8:30 a.m. to 8:55 a.m. tomorrow.
If you need to renominate for gas day tomorrow during that window, we recommend to use our CUSTOMER PORTAL. If you use CUSTOMER PORTAL, the NOMRES will be forwarded to you after the downtime.
If you send a NOMINT during the downtime, you will receive an error from your own AS4 system that the message cannot be delivered.
