In accordance with article 20a, paragraph 2 in the Danish Natural Gas Supply Act, GSD shall consult the customers before publishing a new version of the General Terms and Conditions Gas Storage (GTCGS).

We are therefore pleased to invite you to review the draft version 18.0 of GTCGS, including appendices.

Version 18.0 of GTCGS will replace version 17.0 governing GSD's terms and conditions starting from        1 January 2024.

The main changes in GTCGS, version 18.0 compared to version 17.0 are as follows:

• Appendix 1 to GTCGS will be addressed as “Storage Customer Framework Agreement” instead of “Storage Customer Agreement”;
• Clause 6.4 has been updated to reflect the reintroduction of online booking of short-terms products through the STORAGE PORTAL. The functionality is expected to go live in the beginning of January 2024; and
• Overall language improvement.

On the right side of this page, you will find a “clean” as well as “compare" version of GTCGS.

In addition, some minor changes have been introduced to the 7 appendices:
