GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GAS STORAGE (GTCGS) VERSION 18.0 IN FORCE FROM 1 JANUARY 2024
THE MARKET CONSULTATION of GTCGS ver. 18 CLOSED on 20 DECEMBER 2023 at 16.00
We are pleased to announce the new version of GTCGS.
Version 18.0 of GTCGS will govern GSD's terms and conditions in the remaining of SY2023 and SY2024 starting from 1 January 2024.
As previously announced, version 18.0 was subject to market consultation during the period 4-20th of December 2023.
The main change in GTCGS, version 18.0 compared to version 17.0 is the update of clause 6.4 to reflect the reintroduction of online booking of short-terms products through GSD’s storage portal. The functionality is expected to go live in the beginning of 2024.
There are no substantial changes to the appendices to version 18.0 compared to version 17.0.
