Downtime of the backend system 14 March 08:25-9:55 a.m. Danish time
In connection with a planned server maintenance, GSD's backend system will be offline on the 14 March between 08.25 and 9.55 a.m. Danish time. During this period, it will not be possible to receive and send Edig@s XML messages.
Therefore, we kindly ask Storage Customers to avoid nomination by Edig@s XML to storage during the said period. Nominations by means of Edig@s XML messages will fail, and will not be forwarded when the system is up again, which means that:
- Nominations sent from and after 9:55 a.m. will be confirmed, as usual at 10:10 a.m.
Please note that it will be possible to use GSD’s Customer Portal for nominations during the downtime, and we strongly recommend that all storage customers do so. There will be a full access to the portal during the downtime.
